File Description: With this mod you can set a number of posts a member will need to have in order to enter a certain topic.
Features:
* Global Mod on/off
* Choose which forums this can be used in
* Choose which groups will be able to use this feature where allowed
* Choose which groups can override the number of posts set for a topic to enter
