It is possible to occasionally corrupt your skin caches/PHP files during mod installations or when working on your skins. This can sometimes lead to error messages that lock you out of your board with no way to rebuild your skin caches. With this tool you can quickly rebuild your skin caches on all of your skins to allow yourself access to your board again.
