Adds an NCAA Men's Tournament (March Madness) application to your ibBookie 2.0 IPB component.
Allows members with access to ibBookie to submit their own bracket for a chance to win the point prizes you set in the point settings. Comes preloaded with the 64 teams announced for the 2010 Tourney.
Must install the latest version if ibBookie first.
If you are installing this 2010 version and you also did 2009 last year, UNINSTALL the 2009 version FIRST! BEFORE uploading the new files.
