Adds a setting group to your ipb 2.2.x/2.3.x board that will auto shout anything you like into your shoutbox (d22,ip,inferno shoutbox compatible) you can make it shout html,bbcodes or smiles to create some cool notices for your members. the shout is controlled by every number of shouts set in acp. you can also shout unlimited random shouts
