This modification adds the prefix "Closed :", and an optional text strike-thru, on the topic title to closed topics. This works just like the other prefixes in Invision Power Board. This modification was originally coded by ~ Ya$$eR ~. Thanks for letting me convert this. 
With this modification you can have the topic havestrike-thru text and the Closed: Prefix.
