Latest version of my skin for IPB 2.1 (a 2.2 version exists I am going to upload that soon)
I will continue to update both skins and will release the final soon.
This skin is based on light and dark blue tones hence the name. This is my first attempt at skinning so please keep comments to a constructive nature. Everyone has to start somewhere!
Even Stephen King did not make it on his first book, same principle here except it is a skin not a book lol
