This is one of AH Moddings flagship modifications, Report Manager.
Report Manager rebuilds the default IP.Board 'report this post to a moderator' area, sending all reports to one centralised place where moderators can talk and let each other know what is happening on the report. Organisation is a bliss.
Building on top of that, you have features such as 'administrator message'. As it sounds, this lets an administrator set a global message for all moderators to see.
The addons system allows you to accept reports from anywhere, including IP.Blog, IP.Downloads, and IP.Gallery (not included in default package).
This modification requires no file edits, and can therefore be installed on IPS's community-board hosting packages
