This Will Add A Dropdown Menu To Your 2.3 OR 2.2 IP.Board
M&M SRD23 Dropdown Menu ver 2.0 Work for IP.Boards Ver 2.3.x & 2.2.x
M&M SRD23 Dropdown Menu ver 2.0 Is AN UPDATE of the original mod made by Mohamed for IPB 2.0 & 2.1 (M&M Dropdown Menus v. 1.0)

When 2.0 and 2.1 where out the best drop down menu mod was M&M Dropdown menu
So i thought of Updating it to be the best dropdown menu mod for 2.3 and 2.2 since Mohamed is NOT willing to updates it.. (permission been given)
