I think 3.1 should be a separate place for skins, since some of ours here are still 3.0, but not many. Until more people adopt 3.1, then just remove 3.0 skins and keep 3.1.

Forgot to mention, for now, I included the IPB version number in our paid listings, so people can distinguish between our 3.0 and 3.1 skins in the 3.0 paid forum (for now).
