The umi.php needs to go into \sources\components_acp
You must then import the xml file via the ADMIN tab (then look for 'Manage Components') , do not go to the Components tab
You will see at the end of the Manage Components (again, on the ADMIN tab) a browse / upload for the .xml

hello sorry if this is in the wrong section my problem is i have installed (FSY23) Universal Mod Installer and when i click to install a mod i have no option can some1 please help thanks

I've never seen that happen before. Re-upload the files for the Universal Mod Installer.

i did reupload them i founf that it happend because u removed the original ipb skin so all working now thx 4 the help anyway.
