I get asked this question via PM regularly, so I figured it was about time I posted some sort of announcement about this.  Before you PM me and ask if you can put my mods on your site's download system, here are my guidelines about that:

I submit my mods to sites that I plan on maintaining an active membership to.  That means (right now) just this site and the official IPB resource site, IPS Resources.  I do not give permission for any other sites to offer my mods for download unless I personally add them there for whatever reason (such as adding the Universal Mod Installer to Dscripting as his mods are compatible with it), or sites that are IPB resource sites catering to a non-English speaking audience.  For those cases, if they contact me and ask for permission, I will allow them to release fully translated versions of my mods in the native language of their membership.  I don't allow redistribution of my mods in any other cases.

I'm the one who spent the hours creating, testing, supporting, updating, etc., all of the mods I produced.  That effort was to promote this site, to attract members to it.  It's not fair for someone else who didn't devote that effort to just take my work and add it to their site to draw members to their own site.

So I hope this clears this up. smile.gif
