I have installed both of these mods on a clean development board and I am not getting any kind of error. The only other thing I can suggest is for you to PM me the info for your site (FTP info, an Admin user and password) and let me try and debug it.

Do you think maybe you could add a feature to where you can see logs of which usernames had which IP tracked?
For example:
The reason I installed this mod was to track the IPs on a closed board of mine to prevent people from sharing their accounts. Since theres a wildcard on the IPs, I can only suspect who is legit and who isn't. I figured maybe you can add a logs page to where it gives a list of the usernames that we're blocked by the mod, and then once you click the usernames you can see all of the IPs that we're tracked over a period of time.
For another example...
Some of the people on my closed board are blocked maybe once or twice a week, this is either caused by them using different PCs in their house, or their accounts IP is from an earlier date when they first joined and now they've moved or changed ISPs since then.
I'm asking for logs because someone on my board is sharing their account, and I wanted to ban the IP of the person who is using the shared account, not the original account holder. We've also had issues of accounts being hacked and used by unauthorized people aswell, which I also want to stop.
So, have a log of the users that have ever shown up in the IP tracker, and have a list of all of the IPs that have ever been tracked (no wildcards)
Possible?

Sure, it's completely possible, but it is a major update to the mod and not really something on my radar at the moment; I have a couple o existing mods I need to update and one new large one I'm working on. If I can get those existing ones updated here in the next couple of days I'll try and get this on my schedule for you.

Before you purchase any Modification here, be sure that you ask any questions you might have about how it works in the mod's support topic. I do not expect to have to update these mods with any new features, they are essentially as-is, so I want to make sure before you purchase them that you understand what they will do. If you ask your questions then I will do my best to answer them, and it will help people later on that have similar questions. So ask your questions now, instead of coming back to me later and saying that it doesn't work like you thought it would.

While upgrading this sweet modification to IPB 3.0, Michael, it would be awesome if you could give users the option to wild-card the two last octets instead of one, and to simply record any changes (much like a tracker) rather then systematically blocking the member. With these two modifications, this mod would become an insane killer and I'd love to have it. Right now, I'm afraid it would just block all my members from login in!

I understand what it is that you want to do, however, the terms and conditions that were agreed to when this purchase was made go over this:
Now normally, I would be open to doing customizations like this, but right now I am not taking on any new work. IP.Board 3.0 has been released, and I have dozens of other customers clamoring for their purchased products to be upgraded. You are more than welcome to open a ticket in the services system here to see if another modder has spare time to work o your request.
