Unfortunately, I don't think you will, at least not from me.  I found tucked away in an early IP.Board 3.0 beta a hook file IPS had created for this.  It may be something released by IPS separately, or included with the Gallery, or maybe it was just there for them to test with and they have no plans on releasing.  In any case, it's a much smaller file now as they included some built-in functionality to pull this data, so if I do need to release it myself it will likely be for free.

Thanks for the  mod. Several of my forum regulars were requesting this exact functionality. Right now I have it displaying just above the "Users Online" section of the main page of the board. Where do I need to copy the code to get the random images to display above the "users browsing this forum" in each category?

The mod is designed to display on the board index, not inside a category.

This really is "the" mod my users seem to want.   Really would like to see it for 3.0.

I bought the mod in the past for 2X, (can't seem to login to my old account) although I'm not seeing were to actually buy mods here on the website anywhere.  It has been a pretty long time.  * scratches head*

I was really hoping to see this (or something like it) for 3.0 as soon as possible.

It's included with the Gallery application for IP.Board 3.0, there's no need for me to update this.
