Can any developers out there create a code fix to strip bbcode & smilies from the last topic shown area? Thanks!

love this mod, but i think ive done something wrong?
I installed the mod, and anything goes fine, until i logout and check my forum as guest, then my topics aint coloured.. i tried to give the group acces to bbcodes, but they still saw the code instead of the color.
I logged into my admin account, and woops the color were back on.
Can any one help me?

there are many places bbcode didn't parsed with it
