This mod looks great Michael!  I would purchase this, but along with a few others from this thread, I would rather my super mods not be able to use it.  I trust them, but, well, sometimes people can get hot heads and i would rather them not have some of those options (plus we vote on all bans).  

Anyways, just thought I'd chime in, great mod!

You can define which groups can use this mod, if you don't want your Global Mods to use it, you can set it that way.

Lethal Mod, working fine in my 2.3.1 board. only prob is that FF. i am fixing it now.

well... i cant resize the window, changing member group is out of window, i cant even scroll down. but  i have noticed u gave the solution for that here in this topic. isnt it? i press the tab button to reach  changing group option.

Yes, I gave the instructions for resizing the window, you can simply do that to make it bigger so that dropdown will become visible.

Will this also work in PMs, or just topic view?

It just shows up in the Topic View.

k, thats what I figured.  If I wanted to add it to pm view, what files would I need to edit?  Obviously a skin edit, but what else?  If its not just some easy edits its not that big of a deal.  I just really like the idea that when someone pms me to say they donated, I can switch them to a Donator group without going anywhere else.  

Look forward to getting it.  Can't wait until I see a spambot thread and I've got this beast of a mod to take care of them in 1 click.

Crud, I apologize, I just looked at the code and it is actually coded to be looking at topic information only.  It would take a fairly major update of the mod to allow it to work in PMs as well.

k, no worries.  I took a look at the code (haven't installed yet) and from my limited knowledge could tell it would take some work to allow it in Messenger View.  I assume it would also be a major update to allow it to work in Profile View?

Yeah, same deal, it's just coded to be pulling info out of a topic.  I'd say if I did get the PM view working as well that the profile view would be easy enough.

Yea.  Honestly, I would pay another 20 for the ability to use it in Messenger and Profile View.  I just used it on my first spammer, w00t!

Hey Michael,

1) love the mod, it works flawlessly!
2) Is there an easy way for me to delete the email domain ban part of Nuke Em?  I get a lot of spambots and spammers who register with gmail/aol/yahoo, so instead of being able to just get em in 1 click it takes a few (ban IP, ban email, delete member and posts).  
3) Any chance of getting it to work in profile/messenger View?  I'll pay another 25, if that helps at all.

With 20 skins I would definitely recommend either letting them do all of the features or none of them, because to say they should only be able to access that change group dropdown means you have 20 skins to edit.  But if that's what you want...

Be sure to remove any spaces in the word 'javascript' that appears in that code above, when I post this IPB will change it to two words (java script).  Save that template, repeat for all 20 skins.

ok i have done the edit but how can i set it so only certain usergroups can do certain options?

1. Members of the selected groups can either use all of the functions in this mod, or none of them, there aren't group permissions on each of the individual functions.

2. The dropdown of the groups to move members to does not contain the Guest group, Validating group, or any groups that can access the Admin CP.  But groups that are global mods that can't acces the ACP would show up as a group a member could be moved to.

If you have staff members that you don't trust to use this mod responsibly, then they should never be admins, global mods, or mods on your site.
