I mean I do not have any permissions to post it under the suitable forum,
So please admin move it to the right place!!
Now... here is what I am talking about

I've been googling for IPB issues and found this guide

I hope you get use of it and designing some good skins for us because I have no idea about the tools he is using or html or css
