My emoticons dont work, the clickable smilies window does not appear in normal reply, and the pop up smilies in fast reply is just a blank window. I added a new folder, and assigned all of them, I then deleted the default folder. When it stopped working, I re added it and put a few emoticons in it, still no luck.

Any help?

Maybe try updating your emoticon cache from your Tools & Settings -> Cache Control page?

Nope, no effect. I added them through FTP, does that make a difference?

is the directory called "default"? and is the CHMOD value correct? Also make sure your ftp program wasn't uploading in binary mode.

No, I deleted the default directory and created a new one called "new". chmod is 777 on both. Regarding binary code...

Opening BINARY mode data connection for blush.gif
482 bytes transferred. (3.01 KB/s) (156 ms)

Not sure how to change that ^, I'm using Smart FTP

Check your Skin Manager, in the Skin Settings.  Do you have the correct emoticon set selected there?

I think its likely to be a setting with his browser...or something else as he cannot view emotions on some other boards...... blink.gif

They show up fine for me on your site:

If they still do not show up correctly for you then it's probably a browser issue.  Clear out your temp files, cookies, and all that junk, reboot, and try again.
