Just been lookin at the diffrent skins you have installed and see that the team icons change to mach the skin.

How could we do this as we have diffrent skins on?

Which IPB version do you have?  This was only a built in feature of IPB 2.0 and higher, earlier versions require a mod.

its 2.1.3 so it a built in feature how can i do this please

Each skin has an associated style_images subfolder.  Inside of this subfolder is another folder called folder_team_icons, just upload the icons there.  Then, in your Manage User Groups page you'd set the Team Icons box to something like:

CODE

style_images/<#IMG_DIR#>/folder_team_icons/admin.gif
