Small problem, when I create a new event in the ACP and press 'Add event' the page goes blank but it seems to add the event anyway.

And another question, its not possible for moderators to add/edit/delete events without going to the ACP?

One key thing missing for use with Local Area Sites, the ability to send out an SMS message.

I would think the requirements would include
-Option to Be notified by SMS for a new event
-Option to Be Reminded by SMS for an event you are signed up for
-Integrate this in to a users profile to turn on and off globally for all events

Might want to look at http://open.4info.net/ for the integration solution

Thanks for taking my feedback

I doubt this will ever come to light as it's a bit extreme. One would have to research any available API's to even be suitable for such a thing as well host a server to handle the sms requests. Best I could say is to set your board settings to send you an email notification when a PM is received and if you have a Windows Live Account or other that supports email alerts would be the best alternative wink.gif

Did you at anypoint in previous versions of IPB use mohameds version of this mod? That could be symptom or possible you have a file on your server that may gotten corrupt upon upload.
Currently if a moderator is assigned to manage a event, it can only be done so on the public side. I have plans for the next release to add in a setting to allow event creation by moderators on the public side.

Hi,

I have installed the mod but there is no link on my forum to access it (checked on both default skins).

Thanks!

EDIT: I have fixed the problem by adding this to the skin:

<a href="{$this->ipsclass->base_url}act=RSVP">{$this->ipsclass->lang['tb_rsvp']}</a>

Nonetheless, I would like to know what caused the problem to make sure I did not mask a real issue by manually creating the missing link.

The only thing I can think of is if you removed/altered the if statement for components from the skins located in global_board_header

CODE
        <if="$component_links != """>
            {$component_links}
        </if>

It it's still there and not altered. Try re-uping all the files again and the reinstall of the mod in from the UMI manager.

Nope. Did not touch anything. Since there was no link, I just created one manually as described above.

No, I tested it on a clean install of IPB 2.3.1 and I get the following error:

PHP Fatal error:  Cannot redeclare class class_editor_module in /usr/home/www/sources/classes/editor/class_editor_rte.php on line 60, referer: http://website.com/admin/index.php?adsess=...p;code=addevent

It works fine using the Standard editor, RTE seems to be broken?

Status = Fixed
Will be released in next version soon... I just found that one last week. For some reason this doesn't occur on all hosting. I have two hosting accounts with different companies and with one I experience this and the other I don't. The two things you mentioned are connected.

Not actually. Payments can be sent to you if you provide a paypal button or link to your paypal account in the full description. Then of course when you verify payment you can mark them as AD (Awaiting Deposit) or PIF (Payment in Full) using the built in ajax status section. This will also send them a auto pm to let them know that there signup has been updated by staff. When you create a event you can select in ACP that deposit is required.
