Retrace your steps. Remove the mod - every single edit.

Does that fix the problem? If it fixes it, start again. One step at a time.

If it doesn't fix it, the problem is something else.

I've posed the two most likely scenarios to you.

It's obvious this is an Install issue, so uninstall it via the UMI then reinstall it. Check the file edits for ALL files modified, and to be safe, recache all skins when done.

i just redo everything..i still can solve the prob...T_T...any other ideas to solve this?

i uninstall => reinstall=> reedit the files => recache skins...stil cant solve the prob..

i have it installed on 3 different boards and have had a few other people say it worked fine, so I know it must be something on your end...

when you completely uninstall it, do you still have the problem?

Once you've done all of the above and you still have issues then post here again, being specific and as detailed as possible. If all of this seems to be a bit complicated to you, select Services from the Member Links dropdown on the upper right and submit a New Ticket - we install mods and skins for reasonable fees.

yes!!!!!..finally i fixed it...
i retraced back the mods dat i installed yesterday and actually its not caused by the func_usercp.php...its the usercp.php that i modified when i try to install (V23)_Member_Mood_v1.0.5... so i overwrite it back with my backup files...
sry guys...i thought its "song in profiles" mod that cause this prob...
thx alot for your assistance..i really appreciate it... nice community here..^^

ok everything seems to be installed correctly now, i installed quicktime but songs still will not play....i also have 2 spots for a url, am i susposed to have 2?

i put the url in the bottom one and it puts it in both boxes, isnt a big deal if it works

no, you should not have 2 spots for the URL

you must done some edits incorrectly, please go back through and check them all

personally I think this is a really great idea..
it turns invision's profile more into a "myspace" layout

anyway my request is..
I saw you recently added a "per user group" permission control in the ACP
Is it maybe possible for you to add a "per file" submission approval control for the administrator?!
I know that this will probably take you much time, but I also think that it is an important point..
I saw it in the "5 video in profile" mod, after you submit a new video you have to wait the approval
and it's right, because we risk that some members put on their own audio streams, such as a burp.. or a fart..
or even the recordings of them speaking things against the forum rules..
so we admins should have the possibility to listen to the songs before the submission!

I don't know if my explanation was good, hope you'll intend what I mean!
anyway, in the meanwhile, thanks a lot for the good work,

ok, I just tested..
It took me hard to see that I had to access the ACP (didn't know where to go, I thought in Components panel, while it's in Tools..) and active the group permissions.. eheh, I thought they were on by default!

some tips:
- a faster installation is possible? (but I'm no so expert in mods creation...)
- a control over file extensions? I tried to insert a .mov file and it shows the video cutted Maybe is better to allow just mp3 and a few other audio files.. also for security questions!
- moreover, I think that an approval control is necessary..
- that quick time thing slows my (old) notebook a bit.. anything better? Flash? I'm not expert about it..

Anyway I find it good ... again, I appreciate your work
so don't take this tips in negative way, I do it for the community..
do what you have the time to do,
and thanks god if there are still people like you!

I have already planned to switch it to a Windows Media Player in the next release, i will work on controlling the file extensions...but the approval control will have to wait awhile, perhaps in the same release when I figure out how to allow members to upload straight to profiles...not sure how to do either of those right now...still trying to master the basics of writing mods...

If you can think of any other features you might like, just let me know
