Hi Folks,

This is my first post on this forum and am sorry it had to start with asking for help!

I tried installing the Music Player, but somehow it is not working. I just had my IPB upgraded to version 2.3.4 from 2.3.3. So I wonder if it is the version that is causing some kind of a conflict.

I took your code and entered it, but comes out as raw legible code. I also registered at Dizzler's and used the code they provide to embed the player which is somewhat shorter than the code in the tut and chose the ALL OTHER SITES on the left. This does occupy the place under the Member Bar, but the whole space is blank, although it initially shows an outline of a box when you hover over it with the cursor, but after that there is absolutely nothing. I noticed some size and transparency parameters in the codes and tried removing the tranparecy, but it still did not show up. Secondly if it would show the player, this occupies too much vertical space and the width is quite small so, it would look rather clumsy on a large screen like mine. Is there any way to stretch it out in a thin or at least a homogeneous, but flexible stripe across the screen on a percentage basis to fit snugly each screen/forum width?

I tried it out on the Classic and the Pro skins. Would appreciate any suggestions or solutions.

It isn't working on any skins (I tried several) period. The code they give you at Dizzler is for a website embed, and nothing similar to the code in this tutorial.

Someone needs to rethink this through.

I copied and pasted the code I got from Dizzler. The code that this support topic came from did nothing.

When you navigate around the forum you have to start the player over again. Is there a way possible for it to keep playing?

You should have used the code in my post above.

When you navigate around to shut the page, so you'll lose it, you should open a new tab for the player.

Use this code, and paste it into a new post, make sure HTML is enabled for your group, the forum you post it in, and that Raw Linebreak Mode is enabled when you post.
