Through the ACP, you can enable/disable the system, as well as set which usergroups are allowed to use it.

If a member has the privileges, he will be able to go to the User CP and add his personal Google Adsense Client code. This will make it so that after the first post of every thread that he makes, his Adsense will appear.

A great way to gather members and encourage activeness. What better way than by allowing the members to make actual money for doing nothing more than posting threads?

The updated version will be released soon (today). I noticed a problem with the lang which needs to be fixed, and I am working on making it compatible with all advertising programs.

u have to get permission from adsense to display otehrs ads in your forum .. only revenue sharing allowed to do this

I actually went around the adsense site before i made this to make sure. I found this:



which leads me to believe that as long as the member has that option selected, it would be fine. And since it is a mod that requires the member to physically submit their adsense, i figure that they obviously want to display their ads on any site and therefor would have that checked.

But I guess it would be a good idea to ad to the installation instructions to make sure to remind your members to go select this option.

You can publish adsense code where ever you want.

RuneCore, beside the allready mentioned improvements, please have a look in the [Google.com/adsense[ -settings=> Recommended Products
There you have the opportunity to select specific products which you want to display. The code is a bit different, it contains an additional parameter.

Put it on and did the permissions but I cannot see my code showing in topics? Dont see anything actually lol

I'll look into it. I have been a bit busy working on one of my new sites lately, not much time spent on public mods.

Make sure you did the template bit edits and that you entered your google adsense client code in your user cp.

Yeh, did both... and uploaded the files... Im wondering if it takes a while .. does on my other site... takes up to an hour to show

good mod but can you add feature that if member didn't put his id or he hasn't the default id is admin id so if member didn't put his id also adsense appear with admin id hope you go it

Is there any way to display this in places other than after the first post in a thread? For instance, I have adsense being displayed up at the top of my forums to the right of the banner. Could the users Adsense ID be placed up there only when somebody is viewing a thread they've created and all other times it still display my Adsense ID?

I am trying to place this in the gallery area so the members adsense shows when someone is viewing a picture they uploaded but {$author['individualadsense']} is not working. It does not get the adsense code. I have no idea why this is not working.
