Hi there,

pressing the buy it button goes to the paypal site but shows a blank pages and takes ages to load... in fact it hasnt loaded.

Its not my internet connection and I'm in the UK... any ideas?

This is a great mod and I recommend it to anyone who uses signups on their forums on regular basis (it's especially suitable for gaming clans ie. for the players deciding if they can attend the matches or not/maybe).

can the list of attendees be printed? and are the column titles editable to insert alternative text?

No the list of attendees can not be printer (currently), Yes the titles can be edited (Globally not on topic basis).

hey is this AJAX powered ?? why dont you convert this into a TAGS mod?? tagging topics and forums?

No it's not AJAX powered. Too much ajax doesn't make the forums a better place. And this is an Attendance mod not a tagging system.

Vadim, some more questions

I thought it more usefull to tell you how we would propose using the mod so you can let me know whether it does what we need.

3 categories

| Attending (Paid) | Attending (Unpaid) | Interested/unsure |

Member can only place themselves in to the 'Interested/unsure' or 'Attending (unpaid)' cats.

Admin group (or other selected group) can then move the member to the 'attending (Paid)' cat on receipt of monies. (done through the topic itself, not ACP)

If this is not currently possible, please contact me via PM if you are interested in writing a custom mod based on your attendance mod, as I would then ask for more custom features (eg auto input info from profile custom fields) + printability


reason for this is I help run a car club and (for example) this Sunday we have a meeting with 60+ cars and 100+ members attending and not only is an attendance list usefull at the start, but once at the show we have to organise car locations.


so a printed list with additional info would be a blessing, typically: (includes info pulled from custom profile fields)

| Member name | Real (first) name | Vehicle Registration | Vehicle model | Vehicle colour | Contact Tel No. |

note: only admins should be able to see or print the additional information due to security reasons

....you have no idea what a headache it is trying to organise and place 60+ cars onto a show stand is like

Nope that won't do that. But anything possible now days. I can write a custom modification based on this, Tough the most complicated part would probably be the adding of custom fields in the printing area but that's can be sorted out as well. If that is the full feature list i can give you a quote of doing that mod.
