Description: With this mod you can give ability to translating one post from whole topic.

Features:

• Enable/disable mod,

• If poster and user languages are the same then translating button don't show in topic view,

I'm looking for a language pack that would translate back and forth between members!
like someone from Spain who types in Spanish type Spanish then have it translated in English  
then an English member translate back to them in Spanish, does this mod do this?

Hm, i'm not sure what you mean? You want translating upon writing or after that, after save to the database post?

Very interesting concept!
I've checked the demo, but after registering, I don't see how to translate anything. (the posts don't have the "translate" button as it appears on your snapshots.

You must find post wrote by users which set in their UCP's other lang than you.

You see, some sections of my forum would need translating one way, but others the other way.

ok, one more time.

This mod works on users lang. Every user can choose their trans lang in UCP.

Example:
UserA choose french.
UserB choose english.
UserC choose french.

UserA wrote post ( i think in french lang ). Then UserB has ability to translate this post from french to english but UserC doesn't has this ability beacuse his lang and this post are the same.

Yes, this mod was designed to be installed using the Universal Mod Installer.

Would it be possible to use Google translation instead of the translation engine that it currently uses? I've compared the translations and the yahoo one was terrible, but the google one was more than acceptable.

I installed this mod and everything seemd to go well.

Edited all the files and uploaded them.

Then I edited the skins.

I also made sure the mod was "on" in the ACP. I also chose the user groups who can use the translation option.

Then, when I logged into my forum, I also changed my CP options, to use english/spanish in my mod.

I then created a new user. His board language is english.

Then I wrote a message in english.

I then tested changing that user board language to english/spanish a couple of times to see if the post could be translated. Nothing happened. No buttons to translate, nothing.

I then logged out and logged in again as another user, whose board language was spanish.

I tried to read the post the english speaking user had written but nothing happened. No buttons to translate appeared. I change the language also english / spanish but nothing, same problem.

I thought it might have been a problem with the skin's cache. I tried to rebuild skin caches, but nothing changed.

it's like if the mod had not been installed. (but obviously, it has!).

Any ideas?
