After installed it, it didn't show on the Hooks pages.

And top 5 topics didn't work, it always showed >> No posts on topics yet

It was made on Beta2, if I'm not mistaken... will test it again today.

Tested again, and it works fine on RC1:

This hook has no options on Tools & Settings, that's why didn't appear there and it display TOP 5 Topics from all forums that the logged user has permission to see.

Didn't cut off at 5 topics for me, it was displaying around 50!
