No, you were warned because a link to a site that wasn't open yet. We can't very well verify anything if we just see a page that says your site isn't open yet. Do you actually own or help run the site now in your profile?

Apologies, I mistyped the URL to my forums. Fixed it, hopefully no negative actions will be taken against me. Suppose that is what I get for being so reliant on my start page to get there that I didn't even recall the url correctly!
