Show a legend of your forum's groups in your Active Users bar, sorted in the order you specify. Handy so that people know what those group prefixes and suffixes mean when they see them applied to the Active Users.

Because of this bug, there is a step 2.5 to the install instructions. After performing steps 1 and 2, go to the System tab -> Applications & Modules -> Manage Applications & Modules page of the Admin CP and click the Recache Apps & Modules button near the top of the page.

Is this for active members or just an overall group legend? Because I'm very interested in having something similar to zetaboards where it will display the legend for active member groups only, can provide a screenshot if you're interested in understanding what I mean.

You can just disable the guests group in the hook settings.

me too, the guests group didn't show in ACP

I have 16 kinds of group in User Group Management, but only 15 groups in Group Name Indicator.

The guests group was missing.

I saw a tutorial somewhere here, about showing only group names of those members who are online
I suppose that is a solution...

This hook shows legends of registered members on online list! GUESTS aren't registered members.

then why guest group appears in the list.

It didn't appear on the list! There's only a number indicating how many guests are online... The list only shows registered members.

Blue arrow: number of guests.
Yellow arrow: registered users.



There's no guest on yellow arrow area; only members are listed... and this hook shows legend to registered members.

Well, that's what I understand from this hook. Let's wait for Michael's opinion.

Easy enough just to disable that "group" from showing, job done

and after you do that, just tell me how to disable it/remove it...

I'm not sure how you managed to get the guests group to display there, it is intentionally filtered out. I'll have to see about doing a second check when it builds the output to stop the guests group from showing. Very odd...
