Summary:
Allows Root Admin to read member's private messages in Admin Cp.

Full Description:
Compatibility
This mod is compatible with the IP.Board 2.2.x series and 2.3.x series.

Requirements
This mod was designed to be installed using the Universal Mod Installer, available from Invision Modding.

Files Affected

sources\lib\func_msg.php

Be sure to back up these files before continuing!

/mod_install/pmlogs.xml
/sources/components_acp/pmlogs.php

New to 1.0.3 its allows other groups that have access to Admin CP to view the logs now also fixes the search function.

Also, Pete, I've been using this mod since you released 1.0 a while ago, I'm interested in viewing the changelog from 1.0->1.1->1.2 so I can determine if I should update our not.  I believe in 1.1 it was changed to a component, as well as logging all PMs, I'm not sure if I want to log all PMs so I may just stick with 1.0 as it works good enough for me by just reading the PMs directly (before they get erased of course).

DawPi Dan's !! = (Dean) ?? Also it update of ntd1712 what was on 2.1.x updated by myself 1 year ago i believe.

emoney 1.0.0 i believe was ntd1712 i updated in 1.0.1 but was called 1.1 if remember and update is removing the old [bot mod] to manual read me nothing new been added i just might sorted read me out and total forgot i never uploaded this to InvisionModding.

it does not work, when installed - it was OK, but once few hundred PM's came up, it just cant load the PMs' list. what's wrong?

The only thing that this mod lacks is that he does not show old PMs, which were created before mod installation.

I going be doing update soon on this mod so see what wrong with at moment but worked fine with 2.3.6 and then be updating it again.

While you are updating this, I noticed a bug you may want to fix. Maybe you fixed it in your 29th March update? I'm using the one prior it.
When searching for something, it is not possible to select another page as it will redirect you to the main PMs page (where all PMs are listed), so you leave your search settings when changing to another page.

Yeah, if there comes a day when there is a fix for viewing old (pre-mod-install) PMs, that would be a real help.

I use this mostly for tracking PM spammers and it works very nicely, but having a clean view of older stuff would be nice , too.

In this version 1.0.2 it allows you to search via where/matching/keywords.

how to delete pm when it's increased the 1st page ? i want to delete readed pms ..

If have this mod installed then go to ADMIN CP - COMPONENTS - (IH23)-PM Logs - View PM Logs - THEN CLICK ON ONES LIKE DELETE ON RIGHT AND THE CLICK REMOVE CHECKED LOGS.

Ive been having issues getting this working, I updated as per instructions pmlogs.php but get an error, replacing the file with original fixes it.

If anyone has the pmlogs.php with the modification that works on the latest 2.3.x version and would email it to me it would be great so I can see if its me or some other issue.

Does this work on 2.3.6? I've tried the one on DScripting and it did not work. Also is this compatible with the Universal Mod Installer?

Yes does work with 2.3.6 as this was last time was tested in.

Hi Pete,

I did PM you the error, unfortunately I did not copy the PM so will have to recreate the error

edited to add teh following...

I redid the PHP file part again.. seems to not throw an error when sending PM's as it was before... however when doing a search in the view for something that is definately in the subject it and clicking search it just loads back to the main components page??

Any chance of this being updated for IPB 3? This was probably my favorite mod on 2.3 and with all the fighting that I have on my site (sports fan site) it's needed fairly often.
