Experts and friends , please help me in coding this :

I want to use a GPL java script for posting in Telugu Language . While posting
a new topic , a quick reply or a full reply , the members should be able to use
a radio button to select posting in English or Telugu .

it is similar to using a language toolbar for firefox browser
or a language widget for a blog at wordpress / blogger  .



I do not know much about programming . Please help me to achieve it .

finally I was able to add the required modification by using
this & by modifying the fast reply template & the ips-editor
