Provides a collapsible/expandable scrollbar to display the forum's current active users.

Option to display the default IPB Active Users and/or (FSY23) Members Online Today. Settings include: On/Off, Group Permissions, Font Size, Scroll Speed, Scroll Speed on Mouseover, and On Which Page(s) to Display.

Thanks guys, glad you like it! It was actually a custom work but the requester wanted the discount to allow me to release it publicly, so I can't take the credit for the idea, just the mod eh.
