With this modification you can add any custom page on your board with header and footer from skin board but body will be any you want. Fully HTML and BBCode are allowed.

Features:

• Fully HTML and BBCode formating,
  
• Choose which groups can read specific page,
  
• Simply changing active status - click on red cross to enable page or click on green 'bird' to disable page,
  
• Showing date added and updated,
  
• Delete one or ALL pages in one simple step,

• fixed HTML parsing,
  
• fixed some lang bits,
  
• added sort ability.

• added keywords and description for each page,
  
• fixed page title.

HTML doesn't work for me right now, so I'm going to convert my old custom pages to BBcode for now...  Still very excited about this!

Installed fine, and it's a great app, I love the idea behind it.

However... I do have a few questions for you.

One, how do I change the tab's name? I'd rather not have it called "Custom Pages" and be something else. Two, I noticed the redirect window that pops up was in another language, just part of the app?

Last thing, is there a way edit this locally, and not just through the ACP? Like if I wanted some regular guy on the boards to edit it as if it were a post.

I tried do this in settings but without luck. I saw in another apps that this you must do in apps management and edit "Application Public Title".

Skin set doesn't installed properly. Check chmod on cache/skin_cache/ and all inside - all should be 777.

Thanks man, I loved this mod in 2.3.x.

Find a couple more things -

1st is that the margins are too big for spaces, one enter looks like 3 on the display page of the article.

2nd is that when you delete an entry, the ID system still acts like it's there.

Ex, I made a test page, deleted it, then made a new page and it called itself ID 2 rather than ID 1.

I love this but is there any way I can get it out of the CUSTOM PAGES page? I would like to create another page for Music and have it have its own tab in the menu called MUSIC.

EDIT: I fixed this by going into globalTemplate for the skin and setting up my own link.

1 But HTML does not work. I really REALLY need this to work with the next update. Please I Beg you!

2 I also think that when you submit the changes to the page, it should bring you back to that same editing page or something because when I make changes, I make small ones and almost always need to click my way back to edit it again. Wish I could just stay on that same page.


3 The spaces are also too big. I would use html to help fix that but cannot.

TO EVERYONE:
To change the the tab title from CUSTOM PAGES to whatever you want, go to System - Manage Applications and Hook. Scroll to find the custom pages - hit the down area and select edit. Change "Application Public Title" to whatever you would lke it to say.

After install of 1.0.1 I go to My Apps, (DP30) Custom Pages and I get:

I try to uninstall the app so I can start fresh and I get:

So now I have an app I can't configure in ACP and I can't remove it.

How do I remove it please?
