I installed IP Converge yesterday and connected with a testforum, then wordpress and it was very straight forward, passed the test with flying colors.
Today I installed it on our main server and am trying to connect to our real forum and it just refuses to register. Within the IP Converge admin cp it comes up with:
domain.com/converge_local/converge.php?info=1 is not Converge ready
But over on the forum I have set: IP.Converge Enabled? YES
The following I do not have filled in, Product ID? (note: on yesterday's test install this was blank)
# IP.Converge Product ID
The product ID assigned from the IP.Converge server
In Group: IP.Converge Settings
The following I have tried blank and filled in correctly without any luck:
# IP.Converge URL
The root URL of the converge application.
In Group: IP.Converge Settings
When trying to register the forum, the admin username/password for the forum is correct, the internal converge is off...have followed the instructions, but I'm stumped ! Just wanted to throw this out there and see if there are any suggestions. Or create ticket with Invision ?

you also have to change your login method to email not username
however according to the instructions, this is the only step on the forum side to setup IP Converge:
Quote
2 Login to your IP.Board Admin CP. After logging in, navigate to the ‘Tools
& Settings’ tab and select the ‘IP.Converge Configuration’ setting from the
System Settings page. You need to enable IP.Converge on your IP.Board
installation in order to use your IP.Converge installation to ‘Converge’
your IP.Board. Under the ‘Enable IP.Converge’ option, select ‘Yes’ and
then select ‘Update Settings.’ Your IP.Board is now enabled for
IP.Converge.

ACP > Tools / Settings > IP.Converge Configuration > "Enable IP.Converge" = Yes
Logout of the ACP and go to your Converge install and try it, if alls ok that's it
If you still have problems, log back into the board ACP. Go back to Tools / Settings again, this time on the left side menu, look for "Login Manager"
Edit the Converge module. Choose Yes for "Log In Enabled"

That is how I have set it up, but it won't register the forum. Will Invision support a ticket on IP Converge ?
I should think so but I am not sure to be honest, I've never been asked that before and Converge is more or less free if you have a current IPB support contract.
I'd be tempted to open a ticket anyway just to see what they say
