Description: Adds the ability to create 2 "topic delay" systems on your board so that members in non-exempt groups will need to wait XX minutes before being able to view a new topic/post. Good for forums which want to allow new content to be viewable to Staff/VIP/Donator/etc groups before other lower status/guest groups.

Each system (there are 2 distinct systems) consists of 4 settings:

• On/Off
  
• Forums Applicable
  
• Exempt Groups
  
• # of Minutes for Delay
  

Works (hides topics/posts for affected users) on:
