Detailed description of the system
1. Items
• Item Approval: The system give you the ability to require approval of every item submitted to your database, This Function can be disabled from ACP.
Note: Admin and "System Global Moderators" submitted items will not require approval.
• Item Comments: Each item has its own comments for PRE-SALE questions. Comments permissions can be given from ACP to either Edit / Delete your own and also disabling comments.
• Item Images: Each Item can have an unlimited amount of screenshots that will be displayed separately under the item description.
• Item Pricing & Shipping: The system uses global currency that will be used on all items allowing sellers to add their shipping prices and either "Require Shipping Address" from the buyer or not. The payment totals will sub-total both price and shipping price at the member checkout.
• Item Clients: As soon as the payment is validated and added to transaction log the r will automatically be added to the clients list of that item.
The client list buyer allows you to keep track of who bought your items.
• Item Downloader’s: This depends on the item itself. The downloader’s system allows you to sell downloadable items although buyers cannot download the purchased items unless a certain period of time that you get to set from ACP.
For example: "2 Days" this means the clients of that item will not be able to download the item unless 2 days has passed from the purchase date. This gives you more security and more time to check that the payment is not fraud.
Also all downloader’s IP’s are saved and logged giving you a complete client area.
• Topic Creation: Can be enabled per category. It allows you to post a topic for your item on a selected forum. It displays all item information including screenshot / submitter / category / description. The post content is editable from ACP
2- Categories
• Permissions: Regardless of the global system permissions our category system can allow only selected groups from viewing the category item listing so you can actually have a category accessible by your clients for example.
• HTML/BBCode Description Bar: Have a Description for each category that will be displayed on top of the category view page to give more info about the viewed category
• Forum Like style per item row: Allows you to quickly Unapprove / Approve - Delete selected item
3- Multi Seller Ability
• This system is far from being a solo seller type based shopping cart. This system was created to allow more than ONE seller to sell their items
• The permissions are given by either group or individuals
• The group permissions is set from ACP but the individuals permissions needs to be either "bought by that certain member" or you can give it to him / her from ACP.
• We give your members the ability to choose from 2 gateways. As soon as their payment is completed they will be automatically have access to adding items to your database and now you can make more money .
• Also for that reason we have created the "Stand Alone Personal Profile" for the system and for each member.
4- Completely Professional yet Easy Checkout system
• Adding Items to cart: Clients get to Add Items to their cart as long as they logged in. Item prices are calculated depending on the amount they are purchasing plus the Shipping Price if the shipping price is required.
• Checking Out: When you check out you are asked to add your full details to your profile allowing the seller to know all required info about the seller and giving you more security. The profile process is only filled out one time the information is saved in a database so no need to be re-done unless you want to change your address.
• 2 Gateways: List of gateways are to be displayed for the buyer to choose from. Right now only 2 gateways are available PayPal and Manual / Cheque methods
• Some items require customization so we added option for the clients to request custom orders while they are checkout.
5- Transactions & Logs System
• Payment Auto Validation: All payments will be auto validated using our hard coded codes and the gateway API's. As with PayPal for example we also use the response from their server to validate the payment. For Manual / Cheque payments the seller will have to validate them manually when they receive payments.
• My Outcome: The outcome page is where all your payments are listed, items you have paid for and purchased.
• My Income: Income page lists all the money you have made on all the items you have sold
• Global Transactions This lists all Logs. Only Administrators can see it by default but you can allow certain groups to view it as well from ACP.
• Change status: Each seller will have the ability to change the status for their payments to either Completed or Refunded. When a log status is changed to Completed the buyer automatically is added to the client list of that item, where they will be able to download the item or submit a ticket for that item. 5.6 Refunded items do exactly the opposite, it removes the client from the item client list.
6- Support Tickets
We proudly present our BUILT-IN support ticket. No one has ever added that to any shopping system created in any version of IPB.
This basically allow a Client of an item to start a support ticket. The seller gets notified with PM and link to the ticket. As soon as any reply been made to the ticket the buyer is notified with PM.
• My support: This is where all the tickets that require your support are listed.
• My Tickets This lists all the tickets you have submitted
• Ticket Status Each ticket has an OPEN status and when they are closed it adds PREFIX to the ticket title as [CLOSED]
• Ticket Replies Clients can add as many replies as they wish. You and your clients with be notified with every reply.
7- Custom Fields
• Three Different kinds of custom fields (Dropdown / Input Text / Text Area) this allows you to add custom field to be displayed with your item.
8- Notification System
• Email and PM’s will be sent on all payment / comments / edits / item approval / item deletion/ payment status changes / tickets.
9- Separate User Profile & controls
• This is very important feature we have added to our system. It allows both seller and buyer to PRE-SET their information that will be used for payments and shipping addresses.
10- RSS System
• List of your latest 20 Marketplace items.
12- Completely FURLed (SEO friendly URLs with Link shorten)
We made sure to make the system support FURLs as this is very important for making your shop even more popular to increase your funds.
We also made sure to choose very few letters for our links to try to shorten the item and categories links.
For example http://ibmafia.com/mp/i/1 this will take you to Item #1 in our market place.
We actually did not want to use the typical way of furling a link that is used by IPS like site.com/market/item-1-item-name just to try to make links shorter.
We have also added meta tags per each item for better search engine optimizations.
13- Help You Make More Money
As we mentioned above with the SEO edits we help you to be found easily over the internet and that will sure help you make money but that’s not all...
• Purchase Own Shop: With our market place you don't only make money by selling items, you also make money by giving your members "Rights" to add their items to database as well. A one time fee will enable them to add items to your database this can be enabled or disabled from ACP. Also the one time fees are set from ACP.
14- Permissions
• Groups Permissions:
Top Level Management are System Administrators. You can assign certain groups to work as staff (we call them Editors). Editors have all permissions just like Administrators but they cannot use delete function.
• Categories Permissions: Each category has its own Permissions to over-ride any other permission
• Individual Permissions: You can manually add members to be allowed to add items to your database.
• Banning System: Ban someone from your system
15- Three More Custom pages editable from ACP
• -HELP (F.A.Q)
• -Privacy Policy
• -Terms & Conditions
17- Administration
ACP got almost everything to manage your system starting with categories ending with tools
18- Prune Tools to quickly wipe out your old items / categories / tickets
This tool will help you delete different tables off the system. You should use them carefully as they are not reversible
19- Moderation Logs
Logging every change made by your staff is very important to stay updated with what’s going on within your system or you can always use the logging system to find out about suspicious acts.
20- Language Files
All Language are added to Language file which will enable you translate your system to any language.

Wow Sacred, you really out did yourself this time! This is like most complex mod made now with the most features. It looks tempting... 
But I couldn't afford the $100 at the moment, plus I already purchased Caly's iCommerce system a month ago...

, Although i since you mentioned it... my system can not be compared to Calypso's system as they are not alike.
My system it not just a shop or item showcase. its a complete Shopping cart / marketplace yet it supports multi seller and it also has ticket system + way more advanced payment notifications and tracking. Just wanted to explain this for those who did not know the difference.

A quick question Sacred, I see that on your site you state:
What does this mean? Do I have to purchase iOnCube and install it onto my server? What is required here? Sorry if this is a silly question, but I am unsure about this.
