Driver Error's are sometimes temporary and unseen by the admin unless checking for them. This application allows the admin to see and view the Driver Errors from within the ACP. (Of course, this only works if the error was temporary and you can access the ACP)

Sadly it doesn't work for me. All I get in the iframe is my board index page when I select an error file ;) (no prompting to download a file either)

Oh well, still a good idea - it's just not for me I'm afraid!

Did you already have an htaccess file in the cache folder already?
