I'm no longer receiving email notifications from IM. Did something change here? I have it set to receive notifications on PM and some topics. (and my email is correct)

Your emails did bounce back
If you tell me who's hosting your email, I can send them a email asking why it's being blocked. We had issues with several mail providers 6 months ago caused by a different domain on the server sending out spam. So it's probably related to that issue.

I've been having a email convo with GoDaddy, and I'm not impressed with their support.
They keep blaming Spamhaus - a provider of spam block lists. They removed our blockage 6 months ago, but GoDaddy tells me to wait, as there may be some delay after we're removed from the lists.
If six months is within GoDaddy's "normal limits", I'm glad I'm not one of their customers.

I've been with them for a long time. I might just have to relocate.

I've been having bad lag from my host lately and had contacted their support and wasn't impressed. This is my email to the Office of the President of Godaddy.

I reported that the shared hosting server that I belong to is lagging or the SQL server is lagging. It's a shame that the customer service has diminished with GoDaddy. When I started with GoDaddy 5+ years ago, I remember receiving a call periodically to just see how things are going. Not receiving the calls anymore doesn't bother me but when I get a cookie cutter response like my first response below, it's just a bad customer service experience. One solution does not fit all. And the second response wasn't any better. When I have multiple domains hosted and they are ALL receiving a lag response, it's not going to be a database issue because they are all on separate DB's. Especially when it is a fresh install.
I'm not the only one who has had a poor run in with the customer service. 2 weeks ago I noticed that I wasn't receiving email responses from a site that I belong to and question the support staff. They checked into it and found that the emails were bounced back. They contacted go GoDaddy in response to it and this was reply that the was received from the site I belong to.

I require email alerts from that site and shouldn't have to use another email address just to ensure that I receive my emails. Once I return from vacation next month, I will most likely begin the process of finding a new host as I am very disappointed.

To correct the accusations made above, Spamhaus was not the cause, but senderbase.org.
Here's the latest reply from their support technician
Just proves again that they have no idea what they're doing. Senderbase does NOT block emails, they are simply an email reputation provider, which GoDaddy chooses to follow blindly.
I am not sure what to do about that, and it doesn't really matter either. I'm hoping to get this site moved to a new hosting shortly (VPS), so we wont have these mysterious issues any more.

The bounce back in question is caused by a poor reputation with senderbase.org. You will need to visit their site directly for information on requesting an unblock for your IP. I apologize for any inconvenience. Spamhaus is not the cause of this blockage.

I got a response from them yesterday. They are saying it's a server load issue(on shared hosting). They want to set up a time to call me and discuss switching to their grid hosting. I looked into it, it doesn't get the greatest reviews...LOL
I may not get contact with them until after vacation. Which won't be until after the 17th of March as I am leaving next Wednesday and don't want to transfer anything while I'm away.
When I do speak with them, I'll definitely be bringing up this issue.
