ok i want to edit the redirect text that reads"please wait while we redirect you,thank you....if you dont want to wait,click here" that shows after i edit a topic.can you please tell me where i can go in my admin cp to do this,thank you.

Those strings should be in lang_global.php
You can either edit this directly or use the Language Manager (inside Look / Feel) and edit lang_global.
