backup posts , topic titles & forums titles

we do not have access to our host's C-panel . we need to backup the posts , topic titles &
forums titles to use at Drupal based  site . db backup from ACP appears to be not useful .

can I export & use the db tables from ACP ...  please help us ... Thank You in advance ;)

Do you have access to the ftp? If yes you can upload a backup php script.

If not you will have to export a few tables at a time from the acp leaving the big ones to export individually.

do not have any idea of db user names & passwords ... & we have root admin access to ACP  

I tried to export topics table , posts table ... etc., and browser opening blank pages -
appears to be timed out problem ... { we have posts in unicode, if that has a clue ... }

Can you not ask your host to take a full database backup for you ? , if they will not let you have access to cpanel's database backup OR phpmyadmin, they should be willing to provide you with a backup...

And they do not provide any backup ? ;) , I can see if its free they will not have one you can use, but you should be able to request a database backup :)

(Simply as you can do a files backup yourself via FTP) , so they should (hopefully!) provide something for you if you ask them.
