Can anyone tell me how to get IP chat to open in another tab/window?
Also since upgrading to 3.12 members don't see a box displaying a PM when they receive one anymore (just a notification on the board that can be missed) Does anyone have a mod to put the message box back?

I have found out how to make the pop up on a notification come back but each member has to do this individually so a way to make this default would be welcome.
I would still like to have chat open in another tab/window.
