Go into the ACP.. Click on Look & Feel..Click on the Skin you want to put the Flash on...Click on Default Header.. Copy the code in there & save in in a Notepad file or something in case you mess up & want to go back to the old header... Then paste your Flash code in it place & save...
if you dont know the flash code then you can use this but just edit the .swf file...
You can use an embedded code aswell, but a simple image one works fine..
