Hello, I search 3 template for IPB2, but i dont know ipb2...... (only ipb3)
1- author info in topic view
2- main template of topic view
3- primary menu.

(1) and (2) are mostly the same. 
Skin Manager > (choose skin) > Edit Template HTML > Topic View > Render Row
(3) is All Global HTML > Global Board Header (for some of it) and the rest is in > All Global HTML > Member Bar
