Lately, I'm having serious issues with IM, the pages load slowly and sometimes the site's CSS gets "zombified" (ie. page layout looks like a "lyte" version of the skin).
Am I the only one having these issues?

and layout issue is look like a Bug. I tested this and it only happen if the site admin tick the Cache CSS to text files? YES and Compress Cached CSS? Yes in from LOOK & FEEL > Skin edit settings > CSS option < if you tick them NO then every time you refresh you have not faced the layout issue whatever you called it "zombified" OR skin flooding OR CSS parsing issue with browser.
