That looks like you are editing a tutorial containing HTML but you do not have HTML permissions enabled (I've not checked that)
Having said that I can duplicate it too. Let me look into it for you

I see. I was awaiting an answer from the author of the system.
Now its been saved 'edited' its permanently turned to HTML so I do not have any test data.
Can you re-edit it to how it was ? (do you have a copy anywhere) ?

I think so, the issue with the tutorial system which won't parse the formation properly and output the code into HTML as you said. I have tested it with RTE and without RTE but both try have same problem. the problem i face with This tutorial which i fixed now.

It doesn't get corrupted for me either with the RTE or the standard editor. I've edited dozens of tutorials in both development and live use of this app and have never had this occur. My guess is that it was data corruption due to server issues with this site, it might not have properly transmitted the article content during an edit due to network congestion.
Unless there is something that can be consistently reproduced, I can't say that there is an actual problem with the Tutorials app.

You are also the management of this forum. so you can fix this yourself.

And I would fix it if I could ever reproduce it. The best I can tell, this is a one-off communication problem causing bad code to get saved, not a bug with the application.

Have to wait for Mike to see about this then as if its reproduce-able he will be able to find the cause and rectify it

But, when you use the Full Editor it works fine, its the "fast edit" who dont work..

I can only assume its no HTML permissions
Mike will be able to take a look anyway (I'll go post a bug report)
EDIT... Come to think of it, it should be fixed in the newer version, we will have that upgraded soon.
