Would it be possible to take 24 hours worth of shouts (from the shoutbox of course), and make a new topic out of them; and schedule this to happen every day?

Yes and no. I was able to figure out how to do it, but I couldn't get the task to run on a daily basis: http://invisionmoddi...-scheduler-help
I could run it manually every 24 hours, it only takes a couple seconds... but that's not something I want have to remember to every day.
