how to asign members to admin or as a moderator

Hello im am new to ip board but were do you add assign a member to be a amin or as a moderator

For admins and global moderators, you just need to change their group.
ACP > Management > Manage Members > (find and edit that member) > Change their group to admin (or global mod if you have made a group)
For forum level moderators:
ACP > Management > Forums > Manage Forums > 'Show Moderator Options' (on the top of the forum listing) > Scroll down a bit and check a forum or more and then put their details in at the end of the listing where it says 'add moderator to checked forums'
