Hi everyone,

I got a problem..

Software:
Invision powerboard 3.1.4
Invision powerblog 2.3.0

Problem:
I'm not sure if i have it right but when i try to create a prive or a Prive club blog.
I thought only friends could see it, but unfortunately this is not the case.. even admins can not view the blogs...

Is it a bug or has a different purpose?

If its private, it is private , you have to add members to the private 'club' for them to see it.

You need to add blog moderators (even admins) for them to see private blogs.

Where can i find this 'add member to the private club' sorry for this noob question, but i can't find it.
and this is one of the main reasons why i like to use the blog software.

Ps: Maybe tutorial may be very help full..

There's a few things here.

To set your Blog as a private / club Blog:

 blog_editors.png   87.68K   0 downloads

Set that to Private or Club as required. If you do not have that option, edit your group settings. Then on the right you can assign editors / club members if needed.



Now, you need to add yourself as Blog moderator to see other's private Blogs. My Apps > Blog > Blog Manager (left side) > 'Moderator Overview' > 'Add Member' , add yourself here. Note: This will allow you to see everyone's private Blog.

I think that's the reason why i can't find it, i think the software is broke..

Try it on the default IP.Board skin, I wonder if that custom skin is missing it (possible if it was for an earlier version of Blog)

Current version is 2.3.2
