I am getting a coding error when I try to go to the "Downloads" tab on my website. This is the error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function indexPage() on a non-object in /home/xboxmodz/public_html/admin/applications_addon/ips/downloads/modules_public/display/index.php on line 169. I am wondering if anyone can help.

Probably a skin issue.

Go to Look / Feel > Template Tools

Scroll down. Find 'Rebuild Master Skin Data'

Check all the box's (left and right) , run the tool.

Scroll up and run 'Recache Skin Sets'

View your downloads page again.
