I look for a web host as FREE http://000webhost.com/ and a FREE Domain Registration as cz.cc


Or a web host as only the http://000webhost.com/ since even this domain is here

I need this because my web host is slow and always crashes

Be careful using any free host. Most of them have bad reputations and some are even on security watch lists such as WOT and Mcafee. As for speed and crashing, the one you mention is no better then the rest. It has it's problems with crashing and speed and it also has frequent down time though they routinely back up their servers. I'm not too sure they can handle a large forum, but if you're just starting out they could be useful. Before signing up make sure to check their limits on space, allowed bandwidth, and read their TOS.

Personally I would not use a free host for the reasons already stated, but also take into consideration  that free hosting is passed over by search engines like Google.
You would be better off hosting your own if it came down to it. I am doing just that and I am seen daily by Google, Yahoo and MSN at present.
