I thought there was a MOD to fix this and the breadcrumbs for IP Content, but I can't seem to find it.

How can I set up IP Content so that when we go to the URL (in dark red) it shows the HOME link highlighted instead of the Page link (in red). And how can I remove the Article link (green) so it doesn't show on the index page of ip content?

This is going to be a major problem for anybody upgrading to IPB 3.2. Not only is it impossible to remove the default "Pages' link from the tabbed bar navigation but that you can't even edit it in the skin code.
I've tried disabling the "show "Pages" navigation link in navigation bar and I've also tried looking for editing out the navigation link in the skin code. IP.Content is broken in this regard.
