Based on the free phpbb theme Solaris 1.12 by Jakob Persson, Solaris ReDux pays homage to a wonderful theme which has been one of my personal favorites for years. Like it's namesake, Solaris ReDux is a sleek dark fixed width skin and features orange highlights plus an added pure css dropdown menu.
